Refund Policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
Try it free for 7 days before you pay anything. If you do buy and change your mind: 14 days, no questions asked. Email neuromindart@gmail.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. You don't have to explain why, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
You don't have to buy it to find out
Every account gets 7 days to explore the product, free - every effect, layer, brush and preset, plus Image and Video Mode previews, with no card. Trial image exports are watermarked and capped at 1920px; clean full-resolution output, WebM export and Create Variations come with lifetime access. Nothing is charged when it ends; the editor simply stops opening until you buy.
So this policy is the backstop, not the trial. If you paid and it still was not right, the rest of this page is how you get your money back.
Trial and refund windows
They run on separate clocks and neither extends the other.
- The trial is seven days from the first time you open the editor, and it runs before you pay anything.
- The refund window is fourteen days from the moment you paid. Using the whole trial first does not shorten it, and buying on day one of your trial does not start it early.
One thing a refund does not do: it does not give you the trial back. Each account gets one trial, and buying uses it up whether or not you had days left. You can buy again at any time.
How to ask
Email neuromindart@gmail.com from the address on your account. "Refund please" is enough - no form, no reason required, no support ticket to escalate.
We aim to process it within two business days. Once we do, Stripe returns the money to the card you paid with, which typically takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank. That last part is out of our hands.
The window
Fourteen days from the moment you paid.
Within that window a refund is automatic and unconditional. After it, ask anyway - if something has gone wrong, or the product is not doing what we said it does, we would rather fix it or refund you than have you feel cheated. We just aren't promising it in advance.
What happens to your access
| What happened | Your access |
|---|---|
| You were refunded in full | Ends. The money came back, so the license goes back too. You can buy again later at any time - nothing is held against you. |
| You were refunded part of what you paid | Continues. A partial refund is us putting something right, not you returning the product. You keep it. |
| You asked your bank to reverse the charge | Pauses while your bank decides - see below. |
Your account, and any presets saved in your browser, are untouched by a refund. Presets live on your own device and are not ours to remove. If you buy again, everything is where you left it.
Chargebacks - please email us first
If you ask your bank to reverse the charge instead of emailing us, access is paused as soon as the dispute is opened, because the funds have already been withdrawn at that point. If the bank decides in your favor, access returns automatically - you don't need to ask.
We mention this only because emailing us is faster for you and cheaper for us: a refund takes a couple of days, while a dispute takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the sale. If you don't recognize a charge from us, ask before disputing - it will appear on your statement as a payment to Decimation Lab or Neuromind.
Discounted and promotional purchases
The same policy, with no exceptions. If you paid a discounted price, that is what comes back.
If you were given a license for free, there is nothing to refund - but tell us if you'd like it removed and we'll remove it.
Your legal rights
This policy is offered in addition to your rights under consumer law, not instead of them. If you live somewhere that gives you a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content, you keep it, and nothing on this page limits it.
